First Page collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home and/or work address, and telephone number. First Page also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests, and favorites.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by First Page. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), other parameters about the device operating system and/or the user's IT environment, and data, marketing, conversion data statistics, reports, analytics data, reviews, surveys and referring website addresses ("Usage Data"). If you acquire services from First Page or contact First Page for customer support, First Page may also request that you provide additional Onboarding Information or User Information relevant to the services or support requested by you. First Page may retain communications relating to services and customer support, and/or information drawn from such communications, for statistical and/or reference purposes.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through First Page public message boards or forums, this information may be collected and used by others.

Use of your Personal Information
First Page collects and uses your personal information to operate First Page and deliver your requested services. First Page may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from First Page and its affiliates. First Page may also contact you via surveys to research your opinion of current services or potential new services.
First Page does not sell, rent, or lease its client lists to third parties. First Page may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within First Page to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
First Page will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on First Page; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of First Page (including enforcing this agreement); and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of First Page, or the public.
If First Page sells or otherwise transfers part or all of First Page’s business or assets to another organization, such as in the course of an acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, or liquidation, First Page may transfer your Personal Information and Usage Data. Use of Cookies

If you provide First Page with user information, you have the following rights concerning that information:

- To request that your user information be removed from any solicitation list that First Page uses

If you request that your user information, be deleted from our records, there may be a brief delay in our processing that request, while First Page verifies that the request is valid and originates from you as opposed to an unauthorized third party. Security of your Personal Information
The security of your data is important to First Page but remember that no method of safeguarding information is 100% secure. First Page uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. First Page secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Payments
First Page provides paid services and/or products. First Page uses third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).
First Page will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Children’s Privacy
First Page does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
First Page does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under age 18, do not share personal information with First Page. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided First Page with Personal Data, please contact First Page. If First Page becomes aware that First Page has collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, First Page will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Changes to this Statement
First Page will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. First Page encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how First Page is protecting your information. When such a change is made, First Page will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of First Page indicates your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.
