Our team monitors your listings for reviews. Some reputation management systems only monitor the raw Internet for reviews, just including a couple of search engines. The problem with that is that many reviewers will be on a review site under a company’s name and will post their review without mentioning the business’s name in the review. They write "the company did that" or "He performed this" or "I would recommend them." Search engines cannot determine who company, or he, or them actually are. The review does not get picked up on the search engines so you won’t get an alert and know the review is out there. We go much deeper. We go into and monitor the top 40 directories. If a review gets posted, we find it.
You get an instant alert sent to whomever you designate. A good review could go to your sales staff, so they can use it in their customer presentation. A not-so-good review could go to your support staff, so they can immediately get to work and attempt to correct the problem.
Build Reputation:
We provide access to an employee training center about reputation so your staff can individually view videos and take a quiz on what they have learned. You will be able to view quiz results so you know which of your staff gets it, and those that may need a little more help.
We design online custom review/survey pages so that feedback and reviews can be generated from your customers. We email your customers and direct them to the review/survey pages. To respond to a review, click on the Review Responder icon in your browser. Select the review you want to respond to, then copy & paste it into Review Responder. Add the reviewer's first name and Click "Generate Response." If you wish to re-generate the response, click the redo button. Copy the response and paste it as a reply to the review. You can also edit the response.
What is Call Tracking and how does it work?
We assign a unique phone number to your account that you designate for your advertising/marketing campaign. When a caller calls the number, they will be instantly forwarded to your office or any number of your choice. You can also get a text message about the call. The system collects statistics about the call based on origination, including call volume, average call duration, and time of day statistics. The system also records the call for your future review, so you can listen to how the call was handled. A call tracking number is a smart idea to judge performance of specific paid advertising media such as: banner, display, or PPC ads; landing pages; magazine or newspaper ads; or postcards etc. (wherever a call-to-action phone number is displayed). We recommend that you DO NOT use a call tracking number for any directory listing or citation. Only your official name, address, and phone number (NAP) should be used for directories and citations.
What happens if I run out of call tracking minutes/SMS? The call tracking number comes with a shared block of monthly call tracking minutes and SMS texts. If you reach your allotted call tracking minutes or SMS, it may be in your best interest to upgrade to an additional block of call tracking minutes/SMS. Additional call tracking numbers are also available. Additional blocks of call tracking minutes/SMS are available in 100 min/40 SMS, 300 min/120 SMS, 800 min/320 SMS, 1600 min/640 SMS or 2500 min/1000 SMS. Unused monthly call minutes and SMS will expire on the last day of each billing cycle. Monthly minutes and SMS do not rollover and cannot be refunded.
Can I enter into a long-term contract to secure these special discount prices?
Through the years we have seen competitors locking clients into long term contracts and it has never made sense to us. We have never locked our clients into long term contracts. We do have a 3-month minimum. After which it is simply month-to-month, and then you may terminate with 30 days’ notice, at any time, if you wish. That said, upon subscribing to one of our plans, we will honor the subscription price for at least 1 year, providing all monthly payments have been made in a timely manner.
How does the monthly payment work? If your subscription is active, the monthly subscription amount is charged automatically to your credit card on the same date each month and will cover service until the same date the following month.
How do I subscribe or get more information?
It's your choice. To get started, before the promotion timer expires, you can:
1. Click one of the red plan buttons, which will take you to the invitation section. To request an appointment, fill out your contact info, or
2. Click on the pulsing Text icon at the bottom right and text us your contact info, or
3. Schedule a time on our calendar link at the bottom of the page.
Whatever works best for you. Text, call, email, complete the form, or select a time on our calendar link. Our friendly representative will connect with you, ask a few questions about your business, and schedule a free Zoom strategy call.
On the Zoom call, we will learn about your business, discuss your needs, answer all your questions, and determine the best solution(s) for your consideration. If it’s a good fit, we will issue you an invoice that will take you to a secure page.
We use Stripe a secure payment gateway, which meets and exceeds the most stringent standards for security, to process card transactions on our behalf. We do not store card details on our site. All payment data is securely stored by a third-party PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your connection is securely encrypted with full SSL encryption over HTTPS.
Once we receive your order and initial payment you will receive our welcome email. We will then send you onboarding emails. These emails will contain easy-to-fill-out forms with full instructions. These forms will enable us to get your business information and the selections we need to bring you onboard. We ask you to designate a single contact person from your business that we may communicate with for any additional information, questions, and future correspondence.
We are reducing the Setup Fee; however, we are still doing important setup work to get your business fully launched. Most components will launch between 7 to 14 days after our receipt of your accurate onboarding information.
After we receive your onboarding information, our staff will reach out to you to say Hi and answer any questions you may have.

Referral introductions are submitted via an online form, for businesses (not competitors) you feel could benefit from our systems.
