What is Call Tracking and how does it work?
We assign a unique phone number to your account that you designate for your advertising/marketing campaign. When a caller calls the number, they will be instantly forwarded to your office or any number of your choice. You can also get a text message about the call. The system collects statistics about the call including origination, phone number, date & time, and length of call. The system also records the call for your future review, so you can listen to how the call was handled. A call tracking number is a smart idea to judge performance of specific paid advertising media such as: banner, display or PPC ads; landing pages; magazine or newspaper ads; or postcards etc. (wherever a call-to-action phone number is displayed). We recommend that you DO NOT use a call tracking number for any directory listing or citation. Only your official name, address, and phone number (NAP) should be used for directories and citations.
What happens if I run out of call tracking minutes/SMS?The call tracking number comes with a shared block of monthly call tracking minutes and SMS texts. After you reach your allotted call tracking minutes or SMS text messages, you will simply be billed by the minute or SMS for the overages. If you consistently go over, it may be in your best interest to upgrade to an additional block of call tracking minutes/SMS. Additional call tracking numbers are available. Can I enter into a long-term contract to secure these special discount prices?
Through the years we have seen competitors locking clients into long term contracts and it has never made sense to us. We have never locked our clients into long term contracts. We do have a 3-month minimum. After which it is simply month-to-month, and then you may terminate with 30 days’ notice, at any time, if you wish. How does the monthly payment work?If your subscription is active, the monthly subscription amount is charged automatically to your credit card on the same date each month and will cover service until the same date the following month.
How do I subscribe?
To get started, simply click the red button on the plan of your choice before time expires. You will be taken to our Order Page. Enter your business information, read the Terms and Conditions, and click the red button. You will then go to a secure check out page. Enter name on credit card, credit card number, expiration date and CVC code. Click the button to complete your transaction. You will then be taken to a receipt page confirming your order, which you can print or save.
We use Stripe a secure payment gateway, which meets and exceeds the most stringent standards for security, to process card transactions on our behalf. We do not store card details on our site. All payment data is securely stored by a third-party PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your connection is securely encrypted with full SSL encryption over HTTPS.
Once we receive your order and initial payment you will receive our welcome email. We will then send you onboarding emails. These emails will contain easy-to-fill-out forms with full instructions. These forms will enable us to get your business information and the selections we need to bring you onboard. We ask you to designate a single contact person from your business that we may communicate with for any additional information, questions, and future correspondence.
We are waiving the Setup Fee; however, we are still doing important setup work to get your business fully launched. Most components will launch between 4 to 14 days after our receipt of your accurate onboarding information.
After we receive your onboarding information, our staff will reach out to you to say Hi and answer any questions you may have.
